"So I have been with this office for 9 years, had a fender bender last week. Left a message at 2:00 pm Thursday for a call back (as they didn't answer), explaining I had a fender bender and had some questions. I called one other time at 4:00 and they didn't answer. It's the following Thursday afternoon at almost 2:00 and they have yet to call me back. Worse customer service experience. I like State Farm though. I have had them for 25 years, so I just switched agents."
